Your customers order on their phone. You get the order on yours.

Ordering software for operations still running on group texts, screenshots and a spiral notebook. Your branding, your customers, your merchant account.

Built in Henry County, Kentucky, by somebody who runs a cattle operation and got tired of taking feed orders by text at nine at night.

One system, from the tap to the till

Most small operations lose orders in the gap between a customer deciding to buy and somebody writing it down. That gap is where the money goes.

A storefront that's yours

Your name, your colors, your products. Customers order from a link — nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.

Orders that come to you

New orders hit your phone the second they're placed. Receipts and invoices go out on their own. Nobody retypes anything.

Your money stays yours

Checkout runs through the processor you already use — Clover, Stripe, Square. We connect to it and never hold your funds.

This isn't a first attempt

DealerCycle is live. It's an ordering and invoicing platform for feed dealers and their customer networks, and it exists because our own operation was burning half a day a week on texts, spreadsheet entry and hand-built invoices.

Dealers place network orders that roll straight to the mill with nobody pressing a button. Same architecture underneath what you'd get.

Who builds it

Derek Evans. I run commercial construction projects by day, a seedstock cattle operation with my family the rest of the time, and I deliver show feed to about thirty customers across Kentucky on a two-week cycle.

I built ordering software because I needed it, not because I read that small business was an underserved market. You'll be talking to the person writing the code, and that person knows what it's like to be the one still doing invoices at eleven at night.
